This work creates space to step back, review current practices, reassess expectations, and identifying where structure needs to be strengthened before moving forward.

This is an intentionally immersive and custom-tailored experience. Our planning services are best suited for individuals and teams that are prepared to interact thoughtfully in the planning process and apply what emerges from the work. Scope and structure are shaped through conversation to ensure alignment with readiness and goals.

Engagements are scoped to ensure accuracy and alignment. All CCCS services are delivered through clearly defined packages (Essentials, Elite, and Legacy) which may be customized to meet specific client needs. Hourly rates may apply for custom add-ons or services beyond the original contract scope. Discounted pricing is available to registered non-profit organizations.
